Look There, Download: BETTER THINGS

Recently, in the comments here at RCN, the following exchange took place:

As regular followers of this blog and the RCN twitter feed will know, I promoted the HELL out of the fundraiser for Better Things: The Life and Choices of Jeffrey Catherine Jones, produced and directed by Maria Cabardo. So I suppose it only makes sense for me to follow up now with a link to the download site for the completed film.

$19.95 Download the movie on Mac or Windows computer and watch in High Definition HD 720p 1280 x 720 on QuickTime Player, on iTunes, on VLC Media Player or on your TV using your Apple TV anytime (1.33 GB).

Duration: 01:28:39

If you download the Jones documentary and have something to say about it, good, bad, or indifferent, feel free to post a comment here.

And, oh yeah… one last thing…

We good now, Mikey?

  1. And I just realized how much it must have hurt to make this post – you paid probably at least $40 in the campaign and still waiting for the DVD, and then I pester you to post so everybody else can get it for $20 immediately..

You must truly be a saint!

  2. Not that anyone should care, but the truth is, I donated an even hundred bucks to the Indiegogo campaign, and I was happy to do it. I also donated fifty bucks after the film’s earlier Kickstarter campaign failed to reach its goal, and again, I was happy to do it, no strings attached. In other words, all told, I’ve given the film a hundred and fifty bucks. But I consider that a small price to pay for all the pleasure and inspiration that Jones’s artwork has given me over the years. And in case Maria reads this, I should add that I’m not especially anxious about my Indiegogo campaign perks, i.e., the DVD and the art book. They will arrive… in the fullness of time…
