I’d never seen either of these before; thanks for sharing! The first is in Frazetta territory, right down to the ‘diamond shape’ composition he sometimes used (on a Conan cover with the Viking-type opponents, or even as far back as the famed WEIRD SCIENCE-FANTASY #29 cover), but the second looks to have been photoreferenced from Jones himself. He was more prolific with the cover art than I’d realised!
