More than a decade and a half has passed, and Jaime still doesn’t look anything like his self-portrait as a portly, balding, middle-aged cartoonist.
In real life, Jaime is a svelt, bearded, middle-aged cartoonist with an only slightly receding hairline and a fondness for plaid shirts!

It seems odd to me that Jaime Hernandez’s name doesn’t appear on the front of any of the Whoa, Nellie! covers, although, then as now, the words, “A Love and Rockets Comic Book,” were more than enough to get me to lay my money down.
