Buy a limited-edition poster and support BETTER THINGS!

Maria Cabardo is still hard at work on her documentary film, Better Things: The Life and Choices of Jeffrey Catherine Jones, but in order to complete the editing, additional money is needed. To that end, designer Mark Winn from BSSP, an ad agency based in Sausalito, CA, has created a lovely limited-edition 27 x 38 inch poster (see below), proceeds from the sale of which will be donated to the production budget of the film. Click here for details on how to order; and yes, PayPal is accepted.

UPDATE (19 September 2011):

Well, I don’t know what happened, but it appears that the page to order the limited-edition poster has disappeared from the MaCab Films site. My apologies to everyone who clicked the link above, expecting to be able to buy a poster and support Better Things. Maybe the order information will reappear at a later date; maybe not. One would have thought that if the poster had sold out, or has been delayed, or the deal fell through, or whatever, there would have been some explanation posted on the official website. But it’s their call on how to handle fund-raising and promotion for their documentary, not mine. Different strokes for different folks.

  1. I sincerely apologize for the abrupt disappearance of the poster from my movie blog site. The poster is part of my funding campaign, but the editorial company I work with are the ones in charge of selling it,. They have requested I put it down for reasons of their own. It is my fault for not informing the public, no excuses, but I hope I can put it up once more when the editors allow it. I really appreciate your help in promoting my film, BETTER THINGS: The Life and Choices of Catherine Jeffrey Jones and please join me at the film’s NYCC panel screening on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 10:15 am at the Javits Center, NYC

    Thanks,
    Maria

  2. That’s very gracious of you, Maria. I live way too far from New York to consider attending the NYCC panel screening on the 15th, but I certainly hope the event brings positive attention and cash donations to what I think is a very worthwhile project. When the Kickstarter fundraiser for BETTER THINGS failed to reach its goal early this year, I donated my Kickstarter pledge to the project anyway via PayPal, and I hope others did so, too. In fact, anyone reading this who wants to make a PayPal donation to BETTER THINGS can do so via Maria’s email address, which can be found on the Donations and Sponsors page on the official site.
