RICHARD CORBEN ARTIST’S EDITION sounds to me like a title that would sell out in record time. Probably the only way to get one would be to pre-order from the publisher.
And then, of course, “used” copies would immediately show up on ebay, abebooks, and amazon for $500.00 a pop!
